Motif Express Cancellation Policy
- 01. General Cancellation Terms
Prior Notice: Customers can cancel shipments prior to package pickup.
Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email. Cancellations will be confirmed by Motif Express once processed.
- 02. Cancellation Fees
Cancellation Before Pickup:
If the shipment is cancelled before pickup, Motif Express will refund the shipping cost, minus any non-refundable administrative fees.
Certain high-value shipments may require a cancellation fee if packing, preparation, or special handling services have already begun.
Cancellation After Pickup: Once a package is picked up, cancellations cannot be processed, and no refunds will be issued.
In-Transit Cancellations:
Once a package is in transit, cancellations cannot be processed, and no refunds will be issued.
- 03. Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds: If a cancellation request is processed before the shipment dispatch, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Non-Refundable Charges: Non-refundable charges may include pickup, packing materials, and any additional handling fees incurred prior to cancellation.
- 04. Special Circumstances
High-Value and Specialized Shipments: Shipments requiring unique handling, expedited services, or high-value insurance may incur additional cancellation charges.
Customs & Legal Requirements: If a shipment cannot be canceled due to customs regulations or legal restrictions in the destination country, the shipper will be responsible for all costs incurred, including return fees, if applicable.
- 05. Rescheduling Options
Flexible Rescheduling: For customers who wish to postpone rather than cancel, Motif Express offers flexible rescheduling options at no additional cost if notified before dispatch.
- 06. Updates to Policy
Motif Express reserves the right to amend the cancellation policy as needed to reflect changes in operations or regulatory requirements. Updated terms will be available on our website and will apply to all new bookings.
